Gabrial Reising (she / they)

Hi! I am Gabrial and I believe that healing is a sacred remembering. My work is rooted in the knowing that we are not broken beings in need of fixing, rather, we are whole, complex, luminous souls on a journey of returning to ourselves.

With over two decades of experience in social work and yoga, I offer a unique blend of somatic wisdom, trauma informed care, and spiritual depth. My approach honors the full spectrum of the human experience - joy and grief, resilience and tenderness, vulnerability and power - and invites us into authentic relationship with it all.

At the heart of my work is sacred relationship: with the breath, the body, the spirit and with the earth. It is my intention to create safe, inclusive spaces for all folx to reconnect with their own innate wisdom through yoga, ceremony and the sacred technologies of presence and embodiment.

This path is not just my profession - it is my lived experience. I have walked through my own healing journey, learning again and again how to meet myself with compassion, curiosity, and courage. That's what I bring to this work: not just knowledge, but deep reverence for the process.

I am inspired by the beauty and wisdom of nature. I am inspired by the language of the heart. I am inspired by the light each of us carries right in the center of our precious being.

I am the founder (or perhaps more of a doula, as she births herself) of Savitur Yoga, named for the Sanskrit word, which means "that which enlivens and brings forth." This name reflects not just a philosophy, but a living truth: that within each of us is a radiant, innate intelligence - an inner light - longing to be remembered, nurtured, and embodied.

Whether I am guiding a public class, a private healing session, circling in community, or accompanying a sacred inner journey, my intention remains the same: to create a container for radical compassion where we can simply and safely come home to ourselves.

This work is not about escaping, fixing or even transcending...it is about coming in closer - one breath at a time - to the source within you that already knows, already holds, already is. The source that enlivens. The source that illuminates. The source that brings you forth.

YOU are the medicine, I am simply here to walk beside you.
