Blending Yin Yoga mindfulness, Traditional Chinese Medicine and green plant medicine, this practice helps you release stress, restore energetic balance and remember your natural state of ease and connection.

Whether you join virtually from home or in sacred space at the sanctuary (these offerings rotate weekly) you will be held in a trauma-informed and heart--centered container that honors your pace and your process.

Led by Gabrial, a guide with over 20 years of experience in yoga and social work, each session offers a change to rest deeply and recalibrate your nervous system.

What You Can Expect:

A 90-minute online or in-person community practice designed to help you rest deeply, reconnect with yourself and feel supported in your unfolding.
